The EAA Chapter 179's Double Eagle Aviation Adventure
2014 Adventure is FULL! Keep in tune for 2015 Information.
The Double Eagle Aviation Adventure (DEAA) held each year in June, offers a challenging week
immersed in everything aviation. Students visit an operating control tower. Visits by aviation
professionals provide exposure to aviation and aerospace careers. Students get to see a variety
of production and amateur built aircraft throughout the week. Space is limited, ages 13-17 are eligible to apply.

Following the week long adventure, participants are offered a special Young Eagle flight, following a route they planned.
Free flights will be provided by volunteer pilots.
The adventure is directed by Albuquerque EAA Chapter 179, a 501c3 organization of recreational pilots and aircraft builders,
dedicated to sharing their love for aviation.
